Purchasing an Item
We believe that buying online should be an enjoyable experience and have endeavoured to make the process as simple as possible.
When you have seen the item or items that you wish to purchase, add it to your shopping basket by clicking on the 'Buy Now' button, making sure that you've selected any options that might be available e.g. colour of pearl or size of ring. If you have any specifications you can add a note to the order at checkout.
Once you've add an item to your bag you'll be taken to your secure Shopping Cart where you'll see the item, it's cost and the quantity you've chosen to purchase. If you want to carry on shopping you can continue to do so and by clicking on 'Continue Shopping'. On mobile the Cart Icon is a symbol at the top right hand corner of the page.
If you want to check what's in your shopping cart at any point just click on the 'Cart' button in the top navigation bar.
Dispatch and Free UK Delivery
Your order will be dispatched by either Royal Mail or MyHermes, with a two day delivery within mainland UK (subject to their conditions)
If you require an item urgently, or would like more info please ring us on +44 (0)2920 344715 to check that the item is in stock before placing your order.
We hope that all our customers will love their purchases and endeavoured to supply the highest quality goods and service, but in the unlikely event that you need to return an item we operate a simple returns policy - more information can be found on the Returns Policy page.
Complimentary Gift Wrapping Service
Once your jewellery has been created and hand polished it will be carefully beautifully packaged as part of our complimentary gift wrapping service. Your jewellery will be boxed, finished with soft tissue paper, tied with ribbons and placed in our unique luxury bags.
