Purchasing an Item

We believe that buying online should be an enjoyable experience and have endeavoured to make the process as simple as possible. 

When you have seen the item or items that you wish to purchase, add it to your shopping basket by clicking on the 'Buy Now' button, making sure that you've selected any options that might be available e.g. colour of pearl or size of ring. If you have any specifications you can add a note to the order at checkout.

Shopping Cart

Once you've add an item to your bag you'll be taken to your secure Shopping Cart where you'll see the item, it's cost and the quantity you've chosen to purchase. If you want to carry on shopping you can continue to do so and by clicking on 'Continue Shopping'. On mobile the Cart Icon is a symbol at the top right hand corner of the page.

If you want to check what's in your shopping cart at any point just click on the 'Cart' button in the top navigation bar.

Secure Payment 

• We use Stripe and PayPal the most preferred way to pay online in the UK which means it is a safer, faster, more secure way to pay online – your financial details are never shared.
• We accept most credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta via the trusted on-line purchasing system PayPal. Your credit card details are not seen or held by Emma-Kate Francis. Find out more about PayPal here
• If you are shopping outside the UK, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency

Dispatch and Free UK Delivery

• It will be possible to dispatch most jewellery items within 3-5 working days and where possible we have stated in the product description when the lead time is more than 10 working days.  If you require an item urgently, please ring us on +44 (0)7947 307119 to check that the item is in stock before placing your order.     
• Once your order is received we will reply with an estimated delivery date within 24 hours during our the times 1000-1700.

Delivery Options

Your order will be dispatched by either Royal Mail or Evri, with a two day delivery within mainland UK (subject to their conditions)

• Both Royal Mail and Evri is a tracked method and may require a signature.
• If you'd like an item to be received guaranteed by 1pm next day, this service is charged at £10 and is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please check before proceeding to purchase that the item you'd like is available for next day delivery so we can fast track it!

• Items sent internationally will be via Royal Mail International Tracked. A charge of £15 will be added at Checkout for international orders. Delivery times will vary depending on customs. Any customs fees is liable to the purchaser.

Returns Policy

We hope that all our customers will love their purchases and endeavoured to supply the highest quality goods and service, but in the unlikely event that you need to return an item we operate a simple returns policy - more information can be found on the Returns Policy page.

Complimentary Gift Wrapping Service

Once your jewellery has been created and hand polished it will be carefully beautifully packaged as part of our complimentary gift wrapping service. Your jewellery will be boxed, finished with soft tissue paper, tied with ribbons and packaged in a plain cardboard box for secret gifting!
