Dispatch & Delivery

Most jewellery pieces are dispatched within 3 working days. If a design requires a longer lead time (typically more than 10 working days), this will be clearly noted on the product page.

If you need an item urgently, please email info@emmakatefrancis.com before placing your order to confirm availability

Delivery Options

  • Free UK Delivery – All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an expected delivery time of 2 working days from dispatch.
  • Next Day Guaranteed Delivery (UK) – If you’d like your order guaranteed by 1pm the next working day, we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery for £10. Please contact us first to confirm that your chosen item is available for next-day dispatch.
  • International Delivery – Orders outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (or equivalent). Delivery usually takes 7-10 working days, depending on the destination.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewellery, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.

  • Returns: You may return unworn jewellery within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us first at info@emmakatefrancis.com to arrange your return and receive instructions.
  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item (for a different size or design, for example), we’ll do our best to accommodate this wherever possible.
  • Custom or Bespoke Orders: Please note that made-to-order, bespoke, or personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive faulty.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
  • Postage: We recommend using a tracked and insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds are processed once the item has been safely received and checked in the studio.
